- Because we use many different providers for our products, we must use the lowext common denominator so to speak, in the shipping software. That method is UPS ground. However some of our providers offer many variations, overnight, 2 day etc. Please contact us via the Contact Link at bottom of the page if you would like a quote on something other than UPS Ground. Response will generally be same day, sometimes very quickly. You can also feel free to call us Monday thru Saturday at 213-787-6109 between 8AM and 5PM USA Pacific Time Zone. We can call you back immediately if you wish so that you don't have to pay for the call. Your choice.
- Privacy and Security
- We take your privacy and security VERY seriously! This is why we use our own merchant account with secure server! This is why you see the padlock on the bottom right of your browser when you are making a purchase. All details are then passed to our merchant gateway in a highly encrypted form. We also undertake NEVER to sell your details to other companies (and you would be surprised how many and how prominant companies actually do this!).
- Returns and Replacements
- We are subject to the Returns Policy of our Providers, which varies. Generally, though we object to restocking fees, we are charged them, so pass them on to some degree. We want you to be happy and may be able to exempt this fee, depending on circumstances, your frequency of purchase etc. This is why it is good to register as a customer so a record of all your sales can be kept, for your refererence as well as ours.

- Please be assured that we value your custom and take a pride in the products we carry and have personally tested some products from every line. You can therefore order from us with confidence.
- Payment, Pricing and Promotions
- We reserve the right to vary our prices and to introduce, extend and/or cancel any promotion at our discretion. The price on our site however will be the price you pay. We will never increase prices above those you see on this website.
